Product Overview
The YB32 series four-column double-action hydraulic press is specially developed by Foshan Chengda Hydraulic Equipment for aluminum product factories and stainless steel product factories. It is widely used for aluminum sheet stretching, aluminum product pressing and forming, stainless steel product pressing and forming, and many other processes.
Compared with same-tonnage machines, the YB32 has been comprehensively upgraded in key indicators including oil cylinder stroke, worktable size, no-load running speed, and stretching speed switching, delivering smoother operation and more stable performance.
The equipment integrates moving beam two-stage speed control, upper and lower limit protection for both main cylinder and blank-holder cylinder, automatic counting, and grating safety protection, ensuring both production efficiency and operator safety.
