Product Overview
The YS31-C steel back finishing hydraulic press is developed by Foshan Chengda Hydraulic Equipment for the steel back industry (brake pads, clutch facings, friction materials). It is widely used for steel back bevel pressing, punching, pin pulling, and precision finishing processes.
The machine adopts a three-beam four-column structure with a top-mounted oil tank, leaving the worktable open on all four sides for easy robotic loading and automated production line integration.
Equipped with a servo control system, large-diameter cartridge valves, HMI parameter adjustment, and oil cooling system, the YS31-C delivers ±3% pressure repeatability, ±0.03mm position accuracy, and 30–50% energy savings compared with standard motors.
